Where possible, we limit processing to the data necessary for the relevant purpose.

Coaching, Contracts and Check-ins
In connection with online coaching, personal training, nutrition support, contest preparation and related services, we may process the following information, depending on the services booked:
- Basic personal and contact details, as well as contract and invoice information;
- Training goals, programs, performance, nutrition information and feedback;

The consent declaration is provided and signed separately with the contract documents. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Withdrawal may affect which personalized services can subsequently be provided.

- Google Services (e.g., Forms, Drive and Calendar): Forms, scheduling and document organization, internal support and storage of coaching records;
- WhatsApp/Meta: Communication when this channel is used;
- Zoom and Calendly: Video calls and, where applicable, scheduling;

Personal data may be transferred to the services used to the extent necessary for the specific function and permitted by law. The services involved depend on the type of inquiry or service booked. Providers processing personal data on our behalf must meet the requirements of Article 28 GDPR.
Data Transfers to Third Countries
Some of the providers mentioned may process data outside the EU or European Economic Area. Where such transfers take place, the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR apply. Depending on the provider and destination country, relevant safeguards may include a European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request information about a specific transfer using the contact details above.
Cookie Settings and Local Storage
Our website includes a consent and preference mechanism for essential functions and optional analytics and marketing services. Your choices are stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) under the key uplifted.consent.v2 for up to approximately 180 days. To prevent the free training-plan popup from immediately reappearing after you close it, a corresponding status may be stored under uplifted.plan.v2 for approximately 30 days. The recipe feature may also store favorites locally in your browser.
Necessary technical storage relies on Section 25(2) TDDDG and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Valid prior consent is obtained where required for non-essential device access or processing for analytics and advertising (Section 25(1) TDDDG; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your preferences through “Cookie Settings” on the website. Consenting to analytics or marketing in the dialog does not by itself mean any corresponding tracking service has been activated.
Analytics and Marketing
Analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 or advertising technologies such as Meta Pixel may be introduced in the future, but are not automatically part of the site's current operation. Before activating them, we will review the necessary information, consent and technical settings and update this privacy policy accordingly.
Affiliate Links and Social Networks
Some recipe pages contain clearly labeled partner or affiliate links to external shops. We also link to social networks such as Instagram and TikTok. Clicking such a link takes you away from our website, and the relevant third party may then process data independently. Please consult that provider's privacy information. Simple links are distinct from embedded tracking or social media features.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described, while consent remains valid, or where legal retention requirements apply. Business records may be subject to statutory retention periods of several years depending on the document. Data processed solely on the basis of withdrawn consent, with no other legal basis, will be deleted or anonymized unless a retention obligation prevents this.
Your Rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR). Please contact bianca@uplifted-coaching.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR), particularly the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Updates to This Policy
We will update this policy if our processes, service providers or legal requirements change.
