2. Website and Non-Binding Inquiries

This website provides information on fitness and nutrition coaching, personal training, contest preparation and other available services. The descriptions are for general information and do not constitute a binding contractual offer.

Visiting the website, submitting a coaching inquiry or arranging a free initial consultation does not create a paid coaching contract. A paid coaching contract comes into effect only through a separate agreement.

3. Free Training Plans and General Content

Training plans and content explicitly offered as free are provided at no charge. Requesting them alone does not create a paid coaching contract. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the provision of free content does not include individual coaching support.

General training and nutrition information is not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Anyone with health concerns or limitations should seek qualified medical advice before following such recommendations.

4. Individual Coaching Contracts

Paid online coaching, personal training and contest preparation services are provided on the basis of a separate agreement entered into with each client.

The individual coaching contract and the service descriptions validly incorporated into it, in particular the list of services provided before conclusion of the contract for the agreed coaching package, govern the relationship. Among other things, these documents set out the specific services, fees, payment terms, contract duration, agreed breaks, changes to packages and termination.

The information on this website does not replace the individual coaching contract or change existing coaching contracts. Individual agreements take precedence.

5. Separately Booked Services

Individual posing sessions or stage make-up services, where offered, are arranged separately. The terms of an individual coaching contract do not automatically apply to such separately booked services. Services expressly included in an agreed coaching package remain unaffected.

6. Data Protection and Health Data

Information on the processing of personal data when visiting this website, submitting coaching inquiries and receiving coaching is available in the Privacy Policy.

Health-related information is processed only where a lawful basis applies. Where explicit consent is required, this will be obtained separately. This page does not itself constitute consent to the processing of health data.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights

Statutory consumer rights, including any applicable rights of withdrawal, termination and other statutory claims, remain unaffected. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a contract, the relevant information and withdrawal instructions will be provided separately before the contract is concluded.

8. Scope of This Information

This page provides information about the website and the process for individual coaching agreements. It does not create additional paid obligations. For paid coaching services, the separately concluded contracts and their validly incorporated components are decisive. Changes to this website information do not affect coaching contracts already concluded.
